Ayurveda

We want to preserve the knowledge of a long and healthy life! Ayurveda is a traditional Indian healing art with ist own philosophy. Based on your personal constitution, the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) are determined and the treatments are based on the following three pillars: Nutrition, massage and therapy individually tailored to you and physical and mental exercise with yoga and meditation. For all treatments, the purest herbal oil is used directly from Sri Lanka!
