Sauna lounge

Mare & Sole: 45°C and 95-100 % humidity. Brine mist has a positive effect on the respiratory tract
Jungle: 45°C, steam room and 95-100 % humidity
Aromatic steam room: 45°C and 90-100 % humidity, essential fragrances enhance the soothing effect of the steam bath
Laconium (bio sauna): in the tradition of a Roman sweat bath, the Laconium has a pleasant temperature of 45-50°C
Finnish sauna: 90-100°C and 10-20% humidity, equipped with a tiled stove
Infrared sauna: with pleasant infrared deep heat

After every sauna session, we recommend a slow, circulation-boosting cool down in the Roman-style sauna water paradise in our sauna lounge.

The sauna lounge is a nude area and access is adults-only.

Our outdoor Mediterranean sauna park combines attractive sauna offers with cooling off in the fresh air and quiet zones in our Erika garden.

Olive sauna: Our herbal sauna heated to 50-60°C and 33% humidity with a view of our outdoor plunge pool.
Vulcano steam sauna: 45°C and 95% humidity
Botanica panoramic sauna , overlooking the greenery of the Hotel Erika gardens. At 85-100°C and 10-25% humidity, our sauna master offers daily infusions
Plunge pool with waterfall, grotto, fresh air relaxation area

The Mediterranean Sauna Park is a nude area and access is only permitted for guests over 16.
