• Mare & Sole: 45°C and 95-100 % humidity. Brine mist has a positive effect on the respiratory tract
• Jungle: 45°C, steam room and 95-100 % humidity
• Aromatic steam room: 45°C and 90-100 % humidity, essential fragrances enhance the soothing effect of the steam bath
• Laconium (bio sauna): in the tradition of a Roman sweat bath, the Laconium has a pleasant temperature of 45-50°C
• Finnish sauna: 90-100°C and 10-20% humidity, equipped with a tiled stove
• Infrared sauna: with pleasant infrared deep heat

After every sauna session, we recommend a slow, circulation-boosting cool down in the Roman-style sauna water paradise in our sauna lounge.

The sauna lounge is a nude area and access is adults-only.

Clothed sauna

In the new swimming pool fun area, parents and children can enjoy a sauna together on their family holiday

• Family clothed sauna: Our clothed sauna for a hot sauna experience in swimwear.
