In order to learn from our mistakes and maintain our excellent level of service, we have ourselves tested by at least two mystery guests every year. Another great tool for quality assurance is the feedback we receive from our guests. We’d like to thank all our many guests who have filled out our "Hotel Barometer" as your feedback provides us with an opportunity to continually improve.
The Hotel Barometer is a feedback form we email to our guests after their stay and ask them to complete. The team studies these feedback forms and puts ideas and suggestions into practice so that we can continue offering a premium quality experience.
