The Erika VIP Card discount of 10% for a weekly booking only applies to specified periods.

A local tax of €3.80 per day per person aged 14 and over is currently payable to the municipality of Dorf Tirol. According to law DPR 633/72, the hotel has to itemise the local tax separately on the invoice and pass it on in full to the municipality. Children under 14 are not subject to the local tax. The local tax is not included in the price of the Erika wellness gourmet package.

In winter, the hotel is closed from the last weekend in November until Christmas, and then until March/April. After that, we look forward to welcoming you to the Spa & Relax Hotel Erika in South Tyrol. Traditionally, we always open on New Year's Eve.

You can pay in cash, by EC card or credit card (we do not accept American Express or Diners cards).

Room numbers and floors: we are unable to make any firm guarantees at the time of your reservation, but we will endeavour to take your wishes into account.

Please understand that dogs can only be accommodated by prior arrangement and that, out of consideration for other guests, they are not allowed in the dining and lounge areas, wellness area or the garden . We charge €50 for final cleaning on departure.

This pricing information supersedes all previous ones. Prices and offers are subject to change, printing errors and mistakes excepted.

We offer advantageous cancellation insurance. To avoid cancellation fees in the event of late arrival or non-arrival, or early departure due to illness or other justified reasons, we recommend that you pay a cancellation insurance fee in the form of a forfeit deposit. This is €40 per person for a stay of up to 4 days, and €60 for stays of 5 days or longer. This is not required for children. Please request the necessary documents for travel cancellation insurance from us.
