Hotel Erika is located in Tirolo near Merano, in the heart of South Tyrol.

• By car via the A22 (Brenner motorway) → Exit Bolzano South → MeBo expressway → Exit Sinigo → Direction Tirolo
• By train to Merano (5 km away)
• By plane: Bolzano, Innsbruck, Verona, Bergamo or Munich (transfers on request)

How many rooms and suites are there?
The hotel has 79 rooms and suites as well as 3 exclusive luxury apartments.

When is the hotel open?
From March to November and additionally for New Year’s Eve from December 26th to January 6th.

When can I check in and when is check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out until 12:00 p.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is not possible – however, you may use all hotel facilities (pools, spa) free of charge before check-in or after check-out.

How can I book?
Directly through our website www.erika.it, by phone, or by e-mail.
Direct bookings always guarantee the best available rate.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of €400 is required.

What are the cancellation policies?
• Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival
• In case of late cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure (if the room cannot be resold): 80% of the booked arrangement will be charged

Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EC card

Are there discounts for children?
Yes – if two adults stay in the room:
• 0–4 years: 100% discount
• 4–9 years: 60% discount
• 9–14 years: 50% discount
• from 14 years: 30% discount

Are there group discounts or long-stay benefits?
Yes – special rates for groups and 10% discount on spa treatments for stays of 7 nights or more.

What is the Lumina Spa?
The Lumina Spa is a 2,500 m² wellness area featuring saunas, pools, relaxation rooms, and beauty treatments for complete relaxation.

• Infinity saltwater pool (34 °C)
• Children’s & baby pool area with water slides
• Whirlpool, saltwater pool, Kneipp pond

When are the saunas open?
• Indoor saunas: 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Outdoor saunas: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Our saunas are nude areas.
• Family saunas (“dress on”): 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Are towels and bathrobes provided?
Yes – bathrobes, sauna and pool towels are provided free of charge.

Do I need to book treatments in advance?
Yes, advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slots.

Is the Day Spa available for external guests?
No, the spa is exclusively reserved for hotel guests.

Is there childcare available?
Yes – daily kids & youth program from 2:00–6:00 p.m. and 6:30–10:00 p.m.

Is there a laundry service?
Yes – laundry is handled by an external service in Merano; costs are passed on 1:1 (max. 48-hour turnaround).
An ironing room is available in-house.

When is the reception staffed?
Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
